LEAP (Leadership Equipping Acquisition Program) LEAP is a leadership training program designed for teens who have accepted Jesus as their personal Saviour.  The three-week mentoring program is divided into two sections.  The first two weeks you will participate in sessions learning about leadership and God, games, devotions, hands on training, and more.  Once the two-week period is done, you will directly serve at FBBC for one week.  This may include counseling, maintenance, kitchen help, or other roles.  LEAP is a fun way to learn about being a camp leader and how you can strengthen your personal walk with God.
